Week 1: No Pain, No Gain

So my first week went well. I stuck to my workout routine only missing 2 days do to my schedule. I could have made better choices on my meals. But this is my first week. Still time for improvement.


so true. i need to remember this.

Week 1 weight loss:  .2 pounds

The way I look at is at least I didn't gain. I am also lifting weights so it may be a little harder to drop weight.
