I am a little late on posting this blog but I did my monthly weigh in on February 3rd. I am pretty happy with the results thus far. I know that I can still improve and this month I will try a little harder to lose more.
Well, here it is...
weight: -3lbs
hips: -1/2 in
waist: -1 in
what I call below belly button: -1/2 in
legs: no loss
Seeing the numbers change makes me more motivated.
I go to Florida in 4 months. So if I lose about 3 lbs a month I will be one sexy mama on the beach!
I can't wait!!!
